Cottage Terms and Prices:

The Cottage is let from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrivals from 2:00 pm onwards please.
Departures no later than 10.30 am Thank you.
Seasons:
Low season November – March, excluding Christmas and New Year.
Mid season: April, May, June also September and October.
High Season Easter, July, August, October Rally, Christmas and New Year.
Prices;
Farm Cottage Per week:
Low £395 Mid £495 High £595
Deposits are expected as cleared funds within 2 weeks of provisional
booking.
Deposits are 50% of price with balance due 6 weeks before booked date.
Cancellation;
I recommend taking travel insurance.
In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded less 10% for administration,
If I am able to relet your booked dates.
Otherwise, you may change to another week in the same year where you give 6 weeks notice.
Again the 10% deduction and balance due terms apply.
If this is not possible I am sorry, the deposits are non refundable.
Parties making 2 bookings for the same year gain a 5% discount.
Those recommending friends will gain a 5% booking reduction for them in the low and mid season.
Loft Terms and Prices
The loft can be let as -
A self service Bed and Breakfast apartment minimum stay 3 nights.
Priced at £55 per room per night, including breakfast.
You get a hamper each morning with a selection of items for your "cooked breakfast"
The loft has cereals, juices and hot drinks available at all times.
Check out for the loft is 11:30 am
OR
You can let the loft as an addition to the cottage.
Costs
£325 - Low season
£400 - Mid season
£475 - High Season
